Manuscript Submission GUIDELINES
IEM-HEALS 2025 invites researchers, academicians and students to submit abstracts according to the following category.
(Category 1) Presentation and Publication
Participants opting for publication in Scopus indexed, open access Bio Web of Conference as proceedings or Nova Sciences or Elsevier as book chapters should submit full length paper within due date.
PS: All papers will be subjected to rigorous peer-review and decision of the editor will be considered final for the acceptance of the manuscripts. Full paper should be written in the template given below in the website.

The organizers reserve the right to decide the publication in any of the above proceedings/books. Prior permission would be taken from the authors of the manuscripts.
Please ensure that your e-mail address (ID) and mobile number are accurate at the time of submission. All correspondence will be sent via e-mail to the author. All presenters of selected abstracts are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fees.
Articles must fulfil the following criteria:
- They are of good scientific quality
- They are written in proper English; the abstract and title present key information about the subject and include important keywords
- They contain timely, accurate and relevant references. Ensure that a set of references do not excessively point to the same author(s) or the same
publication with the intention to artificially increase the citations of certain authors. - They have been checked in a plagiarism tool
- References must contain the full title of the cited article.

(Category 2) Presentation without Publication
Participants who want to present without publication may not submit the full manuscript. Acceptance would be given based on the peer-review of the abstracts.
Please ensure that your e-mail address (ID) and mobile number are accurate at the time of submission. All correspondence will be sent via e-mail to the author. All presenters of selected abstracts are required to register and pay the appropriate
registration fees.

Full papers (Category 1) or abstracts (Category 2) should be submitted through the link:-
Abstracts should be 250 words.

Deadline of Submission
July 20th 2025
Acceptance Notification
Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by 8th August, 2025. All abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
